"Tracy, Claire and Hannah are some of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. Some insurance companies just tell you this is what you’ll pay and not take the time to customize every part of your policy to meet your needs. Tracy takes the time to do that. They are out to help, not scam you. I’ve had a rash of claims lately due to bad luck or something and they’ve never turned away from me. Tracy goes out of her way to make things work and Claire is just a rockstar at taking care of things if you have to file a claim. Hannah is super nice, stays in contact if your policies ever need attention and none of them make you feel like you’re just a customer and/or a statistic. It’s like having an office full of close friends working for you. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help me."
